Statement

Each is unique in many ways and a lot of effort goes into making businesses that way-- unique. Though there are things that do translate well from business to business, there are other things that do not. And those other things are usually accompanied by other solutions, solutions that do not take into account a company's uniqueness.

To impose these solutions on business after business is to impose something that often will not work under the particular circumstances of a given company. It is much like a store offering one size for its customers. It has the advantage of making inventory decisions easy and simplifying the lives of management. But there is the obvious problem--people do not come in one size and it is the customer's needs that must be met, not management's.

Business advice is that way too. What is true for one company may not be true for another. To offer advice that does not take into account differences in companies is to offer "one-size-fits-all" advice. It may simplify life for the consulting firm but it will not meet the needs of the business in the end.

Other consulting firms offer that kind of advice. At Ukraine Consult, Inc. and its affiliated companies, we do not. We understand that solutions must be tailored to fit the circumstances and needs of each business.
