Established in 1989 by Founding Chairman Sir William Rendell,
(prev. General Manager of the Commonwealth Development Corp. U.K.),
we have handled confidential commercial assignments in East & Central Europe
and the CIS area for more than 15 years.

We are a 4 partner company with 120 man-years of international senior executive
and consultancy experience.

We are based in Kiev, Ukraine, Lausanne, Switzerland and have other EU offices in Copenhagen and Hamburg as well as a associate offices world-wide.
